Job Title: Business Development Manager – Herbal Extracts (B2B Sales) Location: Delhi / NCR Role Overview: \n

We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales professional with strong experience in herbal extracts / nutraceutical / pharma raw materials to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships across India.

This role requires a hunter mindset , ownership of revenue targets, and the ability to independently develop new business in the herbal extract ingredients segment .

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales \n
    \n
  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales of herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients
  • \n
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets (₹ Cr level)
  • \n
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in pharma, nutraceutical, and dietary supplement companies
  • \n
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting
  • \n
Client & Account Management \n
    \n
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and institutional clients
  • \n
  • Handle client negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures
  • \n
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • \n
Market Expansion \n
    \n
  • Identify new markets, segments, and applications for herbal extracts
  • \n
  • Conduct market research, demand analysis, and competitor tracking
  • \n
  • Develop strategies for territory expansion and market penetration
  • \n
Product & Strategy \n
    \n
  • Work closely with R&D and product teams on New Product Development (NPD)
  • \n
  • Support product launches and commercialization strategies
  • \n
  • Understand product applications, formulations, and industry trends
  • \n
Operations & Reporting \n
    \n
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates
  • \n
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high client satisfaction
  • \n
Candidate Profile: '05; Must Have: \n
    \n
  • 8–12 years of experience in: \n
      \n
    • Herbal Extracts / Botanical Ingredients
    • \n
    • Nutraceutical Ingredients
    • \n
    • Pharma Raw Materials / APIs
    • \n
  • \n
  • Strong exposure to B2B / Institutional Sales (NOT FMCG / Retail)
  • \n
  • Proven track record of new business development & client acquisition
  • \n
  • Experience handling ₹ Cr-level revenue targets
  • \n
  • Strong network with pharma / nutraceutical companies
  • \n
