Job Description
Scope: \n
- Develop features across multiple sub modules within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, debugging, effort estimation, and continuous quality improvement of the design & code and deployment. \n
- Design, develop and manage automated unit and acceptance tests \n
- Software: Java, Springboot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth \n
- Application Architecture : Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture \n
- Cloud Architecture : MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) \n
- Frameworks/Others : Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, NOSQL, RDBMS, Springboot, GITHub \n
- Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient. \n
- Write and review service descriptions including relevant measures of service quality and drives architecture to deliver on these promises through self-healing, reliable services that require minimum manual intervention. \n
- Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey. \n
- Confidently represents product and portfolio, including vision and functional and technical roadmaps, within the company and, when necessary, to strategic customers \n
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 10 to 13 years of experience in Software development; ideally a candidate that has started as a Software Engineer and progressed to Lead Software Engineer and has been an Architect, within the last 3-4 years minimum \n
- Strong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java \n
- Demonstrable experience Java, Springboot, Microservices, designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions in Azure \n
- Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale. \n
- Experience with implementation of Event driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies \n
- Hands-on development skills along with architecture/design experience; should not have moved away from software development \n
- Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance and High availability \n
- Experience with API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs \n
- Experience with varied tools such as Spring Boot, OAuth, REST, GraphQL, Hibernate, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, React. \n
- Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation. \n
- Good Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management. \n
