\nResponsibilities:

- Design and architect web solutions that deliver a seamless omni-channel user experience. \n
- Evaluate and select modern technologies and tools to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions through techniques such as Micro Frontends, AEM/AEP, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-Native platforms. \n
- Translate business requirements into innovative, scalable, and effective technical solutions. \n
- Lead solution design and development activities using Agile methodologies, collaborating closely with product stakeholders. \n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery, implementation, and support of enterprise-level solutions. \n
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics (e.g., planned vs. actual), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. \n
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across teams. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web technologies, AI, and customer experience innovations, sharing knowledge with the broader team. \n
Must-Have Skills:
\n- \n
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE , Microservices architecture , and enterprise application development . \n
- Proficiency in Next.js , ReactJS (Micro Frontends) , NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra ), Redis (session caching), and Elasticsearch . \n
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering solutions for large-scale, complex enterprise systems. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot real-time customer challenges. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. \n
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and acting as a primary point of contact across the product lifecycle. \n
- Ability to design complex conversational flows and craft engaging user experiences. \n
- Proven track record in analyzing delivery metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. \n
Good-to-Have Skills:
\n- \n
- Hands-on experience with PEGA (including Case Management and NBX ). \n
- Exposure to GenAI and personalization technologies. \n
- Practical experience working with AWS and Google Cloud platforms. \n
- Familiarity with ForgeRock Access Gateway and identity management solutions . \n
