The Head of Wellbeing (Secondary) is a key member of the Secondary Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Secondary. The role provides strategic leadership of systems, programs and practices that promote the holistic development of students across Secondary, with a focus on wellbeing, pastoral care and positive student culture.

\n

Leading the College’s House structures and wellbeing teams, the Head of Wellbeing (Secondary) fosters personal responsibility, belonging, respect and positive relationships through the consistent implementation of the College’s Our Common Ground. This includes oversight of student conduct, attendance, punctuality, restorative practices and wellbeing initiatives.

\n

Working collaboratively with leaders, staff, students, families and support services, the role ensures a safe, inclusive and student-centred environment that supports the academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth of every student in accordance with the College’s Catholic identity and Edmund Rice tradition, while providing leadership and accountability for pastoral practices, safeguarding and student support.
