Job Description
- Only candidates based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate apply \n

- Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements such as management contracts, vendor deals, leases, NDAs, and procurement documents. \n
- Advise business teams across operations, finance, HR, procurement, and development. \n
- Handle litigation and disputes, coordinate with external counsel, and manage case strategies. \n
- Research and provide guidance on corporate, labor, real estate, and IP matters. \n
- Support compliance programs, internal controls, and governance frameworks. \n
- Assist with due diligence and documentation for projects, acquisitions, and restructuring. \n
- Maintain organized legal records and contract repositories. \n
- Deliver practical legal advice balancing risk and business objectives. \n
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or premium service industries will be an add-on. \n
- Familiarity with compliance processes, intellectual property matters, and property-related documentation will be a plus. \n\n
- Law degree ( from a recognized institution. \n
- 5-6 years of experience in a corporate legal team or law firm. \n
- Solid knowledge of contract, corporate, labor laws, and regulatory compliance. \n
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. \n
- Ability to manage legal matters independently.
