Work Model: Hybrid (Work from Home on Monday; Work from Office Tuesday to Friday)
Work Timings: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum principles. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects and delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
  • Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, define user stories, and establish clear acceptance criteria.
  • Track project progress and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Support planning activities, resource coordination, and execution of Agile initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure quality expectations are understood and met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Assist in coordinating defect resolution, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of relevant experience working in Agile environments as a Scrum Master.
  • Overall professional experience should not exceed 9 years.
  • Scrum Master Certification is mandatory (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Experience creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Exposure to testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
  • Prior experience working in large enterprise environments.
