Hiring: Data Modeler / Data Lead
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / Data Lead with strong expertise in logical and physical data modeling, enterprise data architecture, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing reusable data models, collaborating with cross-functional architecture teams, and driving enterprise-wide data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for enterprise applications.
• Develop business requirement-driven reusable repositories of data elements, including data migration strategies.
• Create generic, reusable data model packages and data structure patterns to guide project workstreams and technology towers.
• Contribute to enterprise data architecture by defining data principles, standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with Business Architecture and Integration Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
• Ensure alignment and consistency between data models and integration models.
• Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and understand business, technology, integration, analytics, and reporting requirements.
• Support the development of high-level architecture roadmaps and proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Logical and Physical Data Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA), PowerDesigner, or similar.
• Strong understanding of relational, object-oriented, and graph database technologies.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-based data architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in business process modeling and enterprise data modeling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
