Aravo TPRM implementation experience

About The Job:

• The Aravo Support Team will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing Aravo third party risk management operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, SLA adherence, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and release support.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident management, change management, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with key business and technical stakeholders to enable smooth Aravo support operations.
• Provide governance oversight and ensure timely tracking, reporting, and escalation of support activities.
• Drive prioritization of incidents, changes, defects, and release-related activities.

Subject Matter Expert – Aravo

• Provide functional and product expertise for Aravo third party risk management processes.
• Resolve complex functional and technical issues related to Aravo configuration and usage.
• Support configuration changes, enhancements, and critical technical tasks.
• Provide guidance on Aravo third party risk workflows, controls, and platform capabilities.
• Assist with root cause analysis, issue prioritization, and solution recommendations.

Technical Support – Aravo

• Handle Aravo application support queries and troubleshoot defects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for defect resolution, bug fixes, and technical clarifications.
• Perform regression testing during releases, patches, and configuration changes.
• Support validation activities to ensure stable and reliable Aravo platform operations.
