About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Transition Senior Manager to take ownership of large-scale Finance & Accounting (F&A) transitions into our Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
- In this leadership role, you will spearhead complex multi-channel migrations—including transitions from Headquarters (HO), Regional Offices, other GBS centers, and third-party outsourcing agencies—ensuring seamless integration, governance adherence, and operational excellence within the GBS framework.
- You will serve as the principal interface for senior local and global client stakeholders, driving alignment and managing expectations across diverse, matrixed environments.
- Leveraging your deep F&A domain expertise and strong program management acumen, you will establish and oversee structured transition methodologies that guarantee quality delivery, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
