Form Developer
About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage assigned tasks and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
- Review regulatory documentation and product specifications to thoroughly understand requirements and facilitate precise form updates.
- Design, develop, and edit tax forms content in accordance with identified regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
- Conduct detailed comparisons between current and prior-year forms to identify, analyze, and address discrepancies or required updates.
- Collaborate closely with onshore and QA teams to effectively manage version control activities.
- Monitor the build and deployment processes to ensure successful release of updated forms and validate their availability in end-user environments.
Qualifications:
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in form development, document formatting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with task management and version control tools.
- Ability to work effectively with Development and QA teams.
- Basic understanding of tax forms development lifecycle, release management, and deployment processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a regulated environment or with compliance-driven documentation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is an advantage.
