Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF)-Sales department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with dealers and farmers, contributing to the bank's agricultural financing initiatives.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealers and farmers, promoting the bank's agricultural financing products and services. Your role will involve understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient funding process. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the bank's growth in the agricultural sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers, understanding their financing requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Promote and sell the bank's agricultural financing products, including loans, leases, and other financial services.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Prepare and present proposals, offering customized financing plans to meet client needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, working closely with the credit and operations teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and stay updated on agricultural financing trends.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any queries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural financing products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for sales and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and events.
