Product & Quality Engineer

Role Overview

As a Product & Quality Engineer, will play a dual role in driving product innovation and ensuring quality excellence. This position is primarily focused on product engineering, complemented by quality engineering responsibilities. You will work cross-functionally to deliver high-performing, compliant, and customer-focused solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Product rebrand and sustaining engineering initiatives.

Manage engineering changes (ECOs) and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Exposure to CAD tool Unigraphics NX and health care devices

Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to optimize product reliability and cost.

Drive root cause investigations and implement effective design solutions.

Support verification and validation (V&V) activities to ensure product compliance.

Support quality systems including CAPA, nonconformance investigations, and risk management.

Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

Contribute to audit readiness and participate in audit activities.

Review engineering changes with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, or related).

Experience in product development with exposure to quality engineering practices.

Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys).

Familiarity with quality standards and regulated environments.
