ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

  • Support in Lead sourcing, identification, selection and on-boarding of franchises.
  • Process hire, train and inspire the new onboarded franchisees/ SBP.

  • Developing franchising opportunities and offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchise.

  • Ensure planning and managing the franchisees/ SBP business and services and performance.

  • Streamline these for efficient communication between company's internal teams and Franchisees/ SBP as per organizational requirement

  • Regular interval franchise performance to be evaluated.

  • Ensuring franchise compliance with franchise/ SBP agreement.

  • Regular interaction company and franchise/ SBP

  • Setting up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability for productive partner relationship.

  • Communicating with regional business managers and ensuring that all processes flow smoothly.

  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development/ Sales, Operations) in order to meet franchise/ SBP performance objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with deep understanding of Franchisee Business

  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in Franchisee development

  • Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership.

  • Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.

  • Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.

  • Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
