ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
Key responsibilities |
- Support in Lead sourcing, identification, selection and on-boarding of franchises.
Process hire, train and inspire the new onboarded franchisees/ SBP.
Developing franchising opportunities and offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchise.
Ensure planning and managing the franchisees/ SBP business and services and performance.
Streamline these for efficient communication between company's internal teams and Franchisees/ SBP as per organizational requirement
Regular interval franchise performance to be evaluated.
Ensuring franchise compliance with franchise/ SBP agreement.
Regular interaction company and franchise/ SBP
Setting up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability for productive partner relationship.
Communicating with regional business managers and ensuring that all processes flow smoothly.
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development/ Sales, Operations) in order to meet franchise/ SBP performance objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES |
|
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with deep understanding of Franchisee Business
Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in Franchisee development
Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership.
Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
