Senior Endur Developer – Client Trading

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Endur Developer – Client Trading to join a global Client Trading technology team. In this role, you will support and enhance the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platform, Endur, through development, scripting, automation, and system integrations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support trading operations across front, middle, and back-office functions. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Endur platform.
• Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and customizations in Endur to support Client trading operations.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot issues related to Endur functionality and integrations.
• Develop and maintain scripts, automation processes, and technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with partner teams to deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle while adhering to established software engineering principles and IT standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to security, automation, and integration capabilities within the Endur ecosystem.
• Work effectively within Agile delivery teams and contribute to planning, estimation, and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with global teams and support users across multiple regions and time zones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting and implementing Endur (OpenLink/ION Endur) solutions.
• Solid experience working within Client trading environments and understanding Client business processes.
• Proven experience developing and customizing solutions within the Endur platform.
• Experience integrating Endur with external applications and systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting front-office, middle-office, and back-office trading functions.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and associated tools.
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to continuous integration, security practices, and automation initiatives within enterprise applications.
