Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated React Redux Developer with experience in Python development, preferably within the insurance or broader financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust front-end applications and integrating backend services to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using React.js and Redux.
Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data handling between the client and server.
Write modular, testable, and scalable code in Python, supporting backend logic or microservices when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and backend developers.
Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
Understand domain-specific requirements, particularly in the insurance sector, and build features accordingly.
Maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement.
Write unit tests and participate in continuous integration and deployment processes.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Good understanding of Python
Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data exchange.
Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Git.
Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or exposure to insurance, BFSI, or risk & compliance systems.
Knowledge of Python-based API development (FastAPI/Django REST Framework).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or PyTest.
Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
