Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain applications and integrations across the ServiceNow platform. The role requires deep experience in ServiceNow modules, scripting, workflow design, and integration best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to implement solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Build and manage workflows in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure platform stability and performance
• Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features and releases
Skills Required:
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Integrations
• Agile/SCRUM methodology experience
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• MuleSoft integration experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Certifications (Must Have):
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• Preferred: CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-CSM
