UX Design Intern

We're looking for a UX Design Intern who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited about designing modern digital products. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with Figma, understands the basics of good UX, and has a strong eye for clean, polished UI.

You'll work closely with the product/design team to explore ideas, create user flows, design interfaces, build components, and use AI tools to speed up the design workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Use and maintain the existing design system, contribute new components, and create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma Make and Claude.
  • Support the design team in exploring multiple UX/UI directions for product features.
  • Work with existing design systems and contribute to components, styles, tokens, and variables.
  • Use AI tools across the design workflow for research, ideation, UI exploration, UX writing, and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into clear product experiences.
  • Maintain visual consistency across screens by following design system guidelines
  • Review and improve designs based on feedback, usability principles, and product goals.
  • Stay updated with modern UX/UI trends, AI design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of SaaS products, dashboards, or productivity tools.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or no-code tools.

  • Basic understanding of developer handoff and how designs are implemented.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Figma, curious about AI-driven design workflows, and excited to learn how real products are designed, built, and shipped.
