Key Responsibilities:

Ensure production stability (incident/change management, resilience, technical obsolescence, security, etc.) for regulatory needs and service quality
Understand business challenges and the strategy defined by the Tribe to integrate them into daily activities
Contribute to studies and estimations for projects/enhancements requested by internal BU/SU partners, in collaboration with the Product Owner, Tech Lead/Agile Master, and Application Officer
Deliver assigned projects according to sprint/release timelines and commitments, ensuring sustainable and ecoresponsible solutions (design and development) with adequate quality and test coverage
Provide support to business teams during functional testing and handle defect correction
Participate in release deployments: installations across environments, planning, acceptance reports, nonregression tests, and performance tests
Take an active part in all Agile ceremonies
Proactively identify and manage risks with effective action plans
Report regularly to the Domain Lead and Manager
Contribute to knowledge sharing, particularly with junior team members, and support continuous team improvement
Stay informed and continuously develop your knowledge of technologies and the functional domain handled by the team
