Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors or HCM solutions.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.
Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, training, and go-live activities.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Manage change requests, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation processes.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and client leadership teams.
Track project KPIs and ensure delivery within agreed quality standards.
Support post-implementation stabilization and transition to support teams.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager.
Proven experience leading SuccessFactors or HCM implementation projects.
Strong understanding of HCM processes including Core HR, Employee Central, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, and Time Management.
Experience managing global or multi-country implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Payroll modules.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
Exposure to Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ADP, or other HCM platforms.
Experience with HCM integrations, data migration, and testing strategies.
