Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Implement and support IntegrationHub flows for system integrations.
- Design and optimize workflows, automation scripts, and orchestration processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain and enhance CMDB structures and IT operations processes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new ITOM/IntegrationHub features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM development.
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and system integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to MID Server and advanced integrations.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud management and automation tools.
