Job Title: Business Development manager

Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Job Description:
Ideally 10 to 15 years' experience with a bachelor's or master's degree with exposure to Computer Science.
· Proven ability to lead a small team of 5 people to get work done. Solid proficiency and hands-on in Identity and Access Management concepts (IAM);
· Advanced expertise in using Microsoft Excel is must.
· Experience in working with SQL queries for Data Analysis.
· Must possess ability to explain complicated technical matters clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Excellent communication skills in English must communicate and collaborate with different internal stakeholders located Globally.
· Working experience (or willingness to learn) in data analytics tools like Alteryx or Power BI (or similar data analytic tools like Tableau) is an added advantage.
· Previous experience with Onboarding / migration / support projects (ideally software ones, with the focus on data and apps onboarding and migrations from the legacy to the new environment) is also an added advantage.
· Good understanding of IT Security especially on relevant systems like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Oracle's OID and IBM's LDAP. |
