Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) |
•Implementation & Configuration: Setting up Fusion Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, and Compensation modules, including elements, calculations, and security. •Process Optimization: Analyzing existing payrolls, identifying bottlenecks, and automating tasks for better efficiency. •Compliance & Localization: Ensuring payroll meets local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. •Technical Expertise: Using Fast Formulas for complex payroll logic and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. •Testing & Support: Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolving issues, and providing post-go-live support and training. •Reporting & Analytics: Designing and generating payroll reports for stakeholders. |
Mandatory skills |
•Strong functional and/or techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll. •Proficiency in payroll configuration, data migration (HDL), and Fast Formulas. •Knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits. •Experience with full-cycle implementations and working with global payroll requirements. |
