- Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks for S4/O9 migration programs.
- Drive program planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams and vendors.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and system integrators to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, prepare executive dashboards, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support budget tracking, resource planning, and change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and compliance standards.
- Drive quality assurance and readiness assessments for key program milestones (e.g., SIT, UAT, Cutover).
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for program governance and decision-making.

Mandatory skills* |
- 13+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in PMO roles.
- Proven experience in S4/O9migration or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP landscapes, data migration, and integration complexities.
- Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
