Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) |
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams involved in the implementation of o9's integrated planning platform (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, Control Tower, etc.)
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and o9 consultants to ensure alignment on sprint goals and backlog priorities
- Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, etc.)
- Promote Agile best practices across technical and business teams; coach team members in Scrum/Agile principles
- Assist in change management activities and ensure clear communication with business stakeholders throughout implementation
- Support integration and data mapping efforts between o9 and enterprise systems (ERP, Client, BI tools)
- Ensure timely delivery of configuration, testing, and rollout milestones for the o9 platform
- Help manage scope and backlog refinement across multiple planning streams (demand, supply, S&OP)

Mandatory skills* |

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments

Hands-on experience with o9 Supply Chain Planning implementation is required
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand Forecasting, Supply Network Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization)
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification

- Experience in Agile transformation or large-scale ERP/SCP implementations
- Working knowledge of o9 modules and architecture
- Experience working with global teams and in complex matrix organizations
