- Strong hands-on experience with Model N Revenue Management Application, including modules like RM, GP, Chargebacks, Medicaid, and Federal Supply Schedule.
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management, rebate programs, chargeback processing, and government pricing compliance.
- Experience in end-to-end testing of Model N workflows including SAP integration and downstream systems like IMDnA (Data Lake).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support UAT activities including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with EDI batch processing, membership updates, and BPA calculations.
- Experience in SAP integration scenarios involving customer master data and pricing.
- Automation experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for client interaction and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
