Job Description |
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Admin cum DevOps Engineer to join our innovative IT team. This role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment while implementing DevOps practices to enhance our CRM implementation . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, DevOps methodologies, and cloud technologies. |
Key Initiatives |
• Setup User Access , Permission & roles across Organization based on the system requirement
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and system architects to gather integration requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations within internal team and raise with SF if required.
• Work with database and other system team to help and support the integration with SF tools .
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Salesforce changes, ensuring quick and reliable updates.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations to improve performance and scalability for solutions.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect sensitive mobile data.
•Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability to support innovation. |
Roles & Responsibilites |
• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management
• Work with Internal team to resolve SF related issues .Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ability to perform end to end integration between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Establish and maintain DevOps standards, including version control, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes..
• Set up and monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and reliability
•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and user guides
• Experience in implementation of large scale software(high transaction volume, high availability concepts)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications of Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certifications are preferred. |
Minimum Qualification |
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices and with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem
• Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git |
Preffered Qualification |
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
• Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in API integration with Legacy systems |
