Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years with Power BI, Power Query, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and data modeling.
• 3+ years in Appian architecture.
• Strong skills in integrating Power BI with Appian-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g. ADLS, ADF, Azure SQL).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power BI certification.
• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Architect.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NACHA, FedRAMP, SOC2).

Soft Skills:
• Cross-functional collaboration – build consensus amongst stakeholders with different priorities
• Adaptability – embrace experimentation and iteration in complex environments
