Education:

Educational qualification - ITI /Diploma in Mechanical engineering . 5-7 years of minimum experience in HVAC using AutoCAD.
Experience with Revit MEP software preferred
Maths skills and attention to detail

• 5-7 years of experience in Mechanical Air-conditioning and Ventilation systems engineering design using computer aided design CAD software

• Working simultaneously on multiple residential,commercial & industrial projects.

• Producing rough sketches or conceptual single line diagram before moving on to 2D and 3D

  computer aided drafting

• The candidate should be well versed in duct sizing ,chilled water pipe sizing ,sizing for plant room,equipment rooms ,shaft planning,access for maintenance.

• Experience working with chilled water scheme, ventilation scheme and smoke exhaust scheme.

• Eperience working with Basement Ventilation including shaft planning.

• Developing creative and innovative solutions to finish the drafting work.

• The candidate must have a detail-oriented mindset with respect to producing drawings

• Working with Senior Draughtsman to gain experience and a strong understanding of design principles

• Liaising with the engineering team and other professionals/work closely with other team members

• Following the direction of Project Managers and Reporting progress on a daily basis

• Producing quantity estimation measurement sheet as per design drawings

• Verifying shop drawings as per design intent produced

Knowledge of basic use of Excel, PowerPoint presentation and MS Word is a must.

• Create technical drawings based on the recommendations of engineers,project engineers

• 3-4 years of experience in hands-on electrical systems engineering design including construction documents demonstrating ability to complete electrical systems analysis, design and report writing.
• Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Dialux and MS Word
• Must have complete familiarity with NEC, IEC & NBC codes.
• Knowledge of ELV, MV & LV design standards
• Must have a capability on Electrical load calculation, sizing of switch gear based on the fault levels, cable schedules, voltage drop & panel sizing.
• Knowledge of selection of equipment viz Substation Equipment, UPS, SMPS, DG's.
• Experience and understanding on ELV Design, LPS, FAS, Networking and automation.
• Experience in working with and creating SLD, DB detailing & wiring diagrams.
• Experience in working with Control panels & Inverters.
• Knowledge on IBMS & Building automation would be an advantage.
• Must possess the ability to do site visits to assess all electrical equipment and controls.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead the electrical design on a multi-discipline project.
• Must be able to create and assemble a complete set of electrical construction documents.
• Review and audit construction specifications in Master Spec and Specs Intact.
• Assist in mentoring the design activities of the drafting team to verify that quality controls and project criteria are met and within budget.
