We're looking for a talented Media Performance Analyst to help drive the growth and effectiveness of our retail media business. This role will be responsible for analysing the performance of our onsite and in-store media channels, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and efficiency, and translating complex data into actionable insights for commercial, sales, and product teams.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into business recommendations, understanding how different media channels contribute to overall performance, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions on media strategy, investment, and optimisation.
What we expect from you

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Media Analytics, Media Performance, Marketing Analytics, Retail Media, Commercial Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience working within a media owner, retailer, retail media network, media agency, ad-tech, or digital advertising environment.
- Exposure to analysing media performance across digital, onsite, in-store, retail media, or advertising channels.
Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
- Experience building performance reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Comfortable working with forecasting, trend analysis, performance measurement, and business reporting.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualisation tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Stakeholder Management
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and actionable manner.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing business decisions through data.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
