The Dignify Solutions is looking to expand and hire Technical Recruiters (5 Positions) to service our Direct clients. The Employee would need to work in Eastern Timezone from India.
Required Skills:
• Good Communication Skills
• Great Learning Attitude
• Good Technical understanding
• IT Degree or Certifications.
• 6 Months to 2 Years Recruiting & Staffing Experience.
• 1-3 years of Exp. as IT Recruiter
Night Shift in India
Work Timing : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM Indian Time
Job Details:
• Day to day job includes working on available positions to fill for our clients.
• Resourcing the profiles using various Job Portals like Monster/ Dice/ Linkedin.
• Screening the profiles and collecting required information.
• Screening the candidates over phone for interview and collecting information for same.
• Following up with selected profiles to get them started for new roles.
• Working on different jobs like contracts/ permanents/ contract to hires
