Job description :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Integration & AIOps Developer with a minimum of 4+ years of overall ServiceNow experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience in ITOM integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools, implementing Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and AIOps solutions.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM integrations.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AIOps.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM integrations with enterprise monitoring and cloud platforms.
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Implement and enhance AIOps capabilities for intelligent event correlation and incident reduction.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations using MID Server and IntegrationHub.
- Configure event connectors and automate alert ingestion from monitoring tools.
- Maintain CMDB data quality and improve service visibility.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams to implement monitoring solutions.
