Profile: Sales Coordinator-Solar-Surat-3 LPA

Experience: 

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, After-Sales Support, or B2B Sales
• Prior experience in handling quotations, client coordination, and sales documentation 
• Candidates from Solar, Electrical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Products, or similar B2B industries will be preferred.

Salary Range: 20k to 25k

Roles:

• Prepare and share quotations with clients as per sales requirements.
• Coordinate between the sales team, clients, and internal departments for smooth order execution.
• Handle after-sales support and resolve customer queries in coordination with relevant teams.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment status.
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, documentation, and order-related activities.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status and service updates.
• Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction through efficient coordination.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
