Job Summary;

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute. As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Responsibilities;

\n


\n

I- Sales and Revenue Growth:

\n


\n

1. Certificate Course Sales: Convert new sales leads, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

\n


\n

2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

\n


\n

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

\n


\n

II- Customer Engagement:

\n


\n

1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.

\n


\n

2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

\n


\n

3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

\n


\n

III- Sales Administration and Reporting:

\n


\n

1. Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.

\n


\n

2. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

\n


\n

Requirements;

\n


\n

1. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.

\n


\n

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.

\n


\n

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.

\n


\n

4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

\n


\n

5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
