\nAbout the Role
\nWe are hiring Sports Analysts for a sports analytics operations role . The work involves reviewing recorded sports game footage and converting key game actions into structured data, stats, clips, and reports.
\nThis is a non-technical role. However, candidates must be comfortable working on a computer, following detailed instructions, watching full game videos, and maintaining accuracy while completing assigned tasks within defined timelines.
\nRole Overview
\nAs a Sports Analyst, you will be responsible for watching recorded sports matches and identifying important game actions based on the assigned workflow.
\nThe role requires strong attention to detail, basic sports understanding, good English comprehension, consistency, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
\nResponsibilities

- Watch full sports game videos carefully. \n
- Tag key game events such as shots, rebounds, fouls, turnovers, free throws, substitutions, and other sport-specific actions. \n
- Ensure accuracy while tagging events, player actions, and game situations. \n
- Complete assigned games within the expected timeline. \n
- Review and correct clips or tagged events when required. \n
- Follow training instructions, workflows, and quality guidelines. \n
- Report issues clearly whenever there are video, scoreboard, player, or tagging-related problems. \n
- Coordinate with trainers or team leads for doubts, corrections, and feedback. \n
Requirements

- Basic understanding of sports, especially basketball, football, volleyball, or similar team sports. \n
- Good English understanding is mandatory. Candidates must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions, workflows, and training material in English. \n
- Basic English communication is mandatory. Candidates must be able to report issues, ask questions, understand feedback, and coordinate with the team in English. \n
- Comfortable watching full game videos and working on a computer for long periods. \n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify game actions accurately. \n
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures without repeated errors. \n
- Availability to work in assigned shifts, including weekends if required. \n
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection. \n
