Role Description

\n

A highly experienced and creative designer with around 10 years of experience, ideally with an extensive agency background and Pharma background.

\n

A degree from a recognized arts college is preferred. The ideal candidate should be passionate about brand consistency, visual storytelling, and innovative design, balancing creative execution.

\n


\n

Responsibilities

\n

A thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.

    \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • \n
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, magazines, social media creatives, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • \n
  • Develop original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings.
  • \n
  • Work closely with the Brand Guardian/Art Director to enhance conceptual design ideas and execute engaging, user-friendly visuals.
  • \n
  • Maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, layout, and illustration.
  • \n
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.
  • \n
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • \n
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies and trends, particularly in digital and print media.
  • \n

Role Requirements

\n
    \n
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing communication across print and digital media.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • \n
  • Expertise in Photoshop compositing for marketing materials, including posters, tent cards, standees, EDMs, and digital mailers.
  • \n
  • Strong typography skills, particularly in title creation and rendering for packaging, branding, or promotional materials.
  • \n
  • Excellent English comprehension and writing skills to independently assess briefs, research strategies, and develop creative concepts.
  • \n
  • Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • \n
  • Integrity and accountability – taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining open communication.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • \n
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency, media house, or marketing team.
  • \n
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital designs, including branding, marketing collaterals, and social media creatives.
  • \n
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) with a strong focus on compositing and typography.
  • \n
  • Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms, understanding the nuances of each.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • \n
