\nJob Summary:
\nWelcomHeritage Akashganga Heritage Hills Resort & Spa, a Joint Venture between WH ITC Ltd & JHRPL, is looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality or resort front office operations along with strong communication and guest handling skills.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and visitors professionally while ensuring a warm hospitality experience. \n
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. \n
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression for all guests. \n
- Attend incoming calls, guest inquiries, and reservation-related requests professionally. \n
- Provide information regarding resort facilities, room bookings, services, and guest assistance. \n
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, restaurant, and other departments for seamless guest service. \n
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution. \n
- Maintain guest records, booking details, visitor logs, and daily front office reports. \n
- Ensure smooth coordination for guest requests while maintaining service quality standards. \n
- Maintain professional grooming standards and represent the resort brand image effectively. \n
Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (Mandatory). \n
- Strong customer service and guest handling abilities. \n
- Professional personality with presentable appearance and positive attitude. \n
- Prior experience in Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Reception or Front Office Operations. \n
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Email Handling, and Reservation Coordination. \n
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a guest-focused environment. \n
- Good interpersonal skills, coordination ability, and problem-solving approach. \n
