\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for a Paid Media who is passionate about digital advertising and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
\nResponsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. \n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve results. \n
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. \n
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools. \n
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. \n
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams for campaign execution. \n
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while meeting KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversions. \n
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. \n
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement data-driven optimizations. \n
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. \n
Required Skills
\n- \n
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. \n
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. \n
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent communication and time management abilities. \n
Preferred Skills
\n- \n
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus. \n
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid media platforms. \n
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters. \n
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. \n
- Understanding of A/B testing and landing page optimization. \n
