Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Customer Success Executive to manage our customer communication and social media engagement. This role involves maintaining a positive brand presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email, along with scheduling content and ideating for reels and stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries across Email, Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • \n
  • Manage orders, returns, and logistics records
  • \n
  • Schedule approved Instagram content (posts, stories, reels)
  • \n
  • Coordinate with the team for smooth customer support
  • \n
  • Monitor and reply to comments and DMs
  • \n
  • Curate social content ideas and suggest influencer collabs
  • \n
  • Provide phone support for escalated cases
  • \n

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • \n
  • Familiarity with Instagram features (reels, stories, DMs)
  • \n
  • Prior experience in customer support or social media is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
