Associate General Manager

We're looking for an experienced Team Manager – B2B Credit & Collections to lead our Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations and manage a team of 80+ members.

Location: Chennai

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 12–20 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 80+ Collection and Credit professionals.

• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), B2B Collections, Credit Control, and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
\n
• Own team performance and ensure SLA/KPI targets are consistently achieved.
\n
• Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
\n
