Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare coordinated MEP construction documentation and detailed drawings. Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems with Architectural and Structural disciplines. Participate in clash detection, coordination meetings, and model review sessions. Identify and resolve coordination issues using BIM workflows. Review consultant drawings and engineering information to ensure model accuracy. Ensure project deliverables comply with BIM standards and quality requirements. Support project teams in delivering coordinated and clash-free BIM models. Contribute to improving BIM standards, templates, and project workflows. What We're Looking For B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline. 2–6 years of experience in BIM-based MEP projects. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks. Experience coordinating MEP systems with Architectural and Structural teams. Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems (depending on your specialization). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. A proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
