We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to manage customer enquiries, quotations, project coordination, and customer communication for our precision injection mold making industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RFQs, quotations, and customer proposals.
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, costing, production status, and trial planning.
\n
• Track projects from purchase order to mold validation and customer approval.
\n
• Share project progress reports, trial updates, inspection reports, and sampling documentation with customers.
\n
• Coordinate material and masterbatch requirements for trials and validation.
\n
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
\n
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for injection molds and mold bases.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
\n
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or project management within manufacturing is preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
\n
