Freelance Fashion Designer

We're building a premium lifestyle brand in the sleepwear and leisurewear space and are looking for a Fashion Designer who can take products from concept to production—not just create beautiful sketches.

This is an opportunity to develop the inaugural collection of a premium brand focused on timeless design, exceptional comfort, and meticulous craftsmanship.

• Design premium sleepwear and leisurewear silhouettes with a strong focus on comfort, fit, and luxury aesthetics.
\n
• Create complete production-ready Tech Packs (Mandatory) including technical flats, garment construction details, measurements, BOM, stitching details, trims, labels, grading, and manufacturing instructions.
\n
• Develop piping details, trims, finishes, and garment construction specifications.
\n
• Design original textile prints and graphics suitable for premium fabric printing.
\n
• Define branding applications including logo placement, labels, embroidery, and premium detailing.
\n
• Develop size charts, grading, and fit specifications for the Asian market.
\n
• Coordinate with manufacturers during sampling and production to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth execution.
\n
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for product differentiation within the premium apparel segment.
\n

• Proven experience creating complete Tech Packs for garment manufacturing.
\n
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern development, and production processes.
\n
• Experience preparing technical flats, BOMs, measurement charts, grading specifications, stitching details, and production notes.
\n
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, drape, shrinkage, printing, dyeing, washing, and finishing.
\n
• Ability to design premium textile prints and graphics.
\n
• Understanding of fit development and production problem-solving.
\n
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.
\n
• Excellent communication skills while working with production and sampling teams.
\n

• Premium garment detailing including piping, contrast finishes, embroidery, trims, and luxury construction techniques.

We are looking for someone who understands fashion beyond aesthetics.

Someone who can design products that are production-ready from Day 1 , anticipate manufacturing challenges, and work closely with factories to deliver premium-quality garments with minimal revisions.
