Contract to hire role.
1) Around 5-9 years of exposure to SDLC in BPM / CRM / ITSM
2) PCSAv8 certification is a must within 6 months, PCSSAv8 certification within 18 months of joining the team
3) Exposure to basic AWS services such as EC2 and S3
4) Well versed with JSON / XML centric Integrations
5) Aware of configuring reports from two or more data objects
6) Good understanding of security aspects like authentication and authorization
7) Exposure to HTML / JS / CSS / REACT JS is preferred
8) Exposure to basic JAVA
9) Basic coding skills in any RDBMS
10) Effective communication and problem solving skills
