Python QA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for mobile, embedded, and connected devices.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to understand testing requirements.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for issue resolution.
• Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Create and maintain automation documentation, test plans, and reports.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
• Experience in Device Testing and Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS).
• Strong understanding of automation framework design and development.
• Experience with API testing and test automation tools.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Appium, Selenium, or similar automation tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
