Python + PostgreSQL Engineer

• Strong experience in Python + PostgreSQL, with hands-on data migration / ETL pipelines
• Experience in data migration to cloud (AWS RDS/Aurora) including schema transformation
• Solid database design & performance tuning (queries, indexes, constraints)
• Ability to ensure data validation, reconciliation, and zero data loss migration
• Exposure to AI tools (Codex, Cursor) and collaboration with application teams (.NET)

Must-Have (Reject if missing)

• Python scripting for data processing / ETL
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience
• At least 1 real migration / data pipeline project
• SQL + performance tuning basics
• Exposure to AWS RDS / cloud database

Strong Positive Signals

• Worked on large-scale migration (high volume data)
• Experience with schema design / data modelling
• Built automation scripts/tools for migration
• Used AI tools (Codex, Cursor, GenAI) in development
• Experience with validation frameworks / reconciliation
