- Design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise Informatica MDM solutions.
- Configure Landing, Staging, Base Objects, Cross Reference Tables, Relationships, Lookups, Queries, Query Groups, Packages, and Batch Groups.
- Design and configure Match Rules, Merge Rules, Trust Framework, Survivorship, Validation Rules, and Cleanse Functions.
- Configure Customer 360 (C360), Entity 360, Business Entities, Business Entity Views (BEVs), Transformations, Tasks, Triggers, and Applications.
- Develop and support SIF APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and enterprise application interfaces.
- Configure and manage Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) validations and data quality processes.
- Perform data analysis, SQL validation, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Support repository migration across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Provide L2/L3 Production Support, incident management, defect resolution, and RCA.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, QA teams, and integration teams to deliver high-quality MDM solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance, security, and best practices.
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM.
- Strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Customer 360 (C360), and Entity 360.
- Experience in Match/Merge configuration, Trust Framework, Survivorship, and Golden Record creation.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Experience with SIF APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server.
- Experience in Production Support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Kafka, ActiveVOS Workflows, and ServiceNow is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile development methodology.
