Description:
Should have sound knowledge in Enablon and need to support P1,P2,P3 & P4 tickets in L1,L2,L3 scope.
Resolve complex application errors, manage access controls, and address user-reported bugs in production and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments.
Operational Maintenance: Administer Enablon servers, support software deployments, and manage routine upgrades
Need to troubleshoot technical issues in L1,L2 & L3 scope, configure modules (like Risk, Incident Management, and ESG), maintain workflows, and ensure the platform aligns with regulatory requirements
