Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud environments
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, reliability, and security
• Implement and manage configuration management tools (Ansible)
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve workflows
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell etc.)
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, BigPanda)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Python for backend development
• Experience with database design and Postgres SQL
• Understanding of AI/ML and their applications
• Certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps practices
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
