Job Summary:

Drive customer adoption and value realization through strategic program implementation.

Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and executives.

Develop and execute plans to integrate people, processes, and technology for digital success.

Monitor program impact and measure value against defined objectives.

Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to prevent customer churn.

10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.

Proven ability to drive change management and product adoption.

Expertise in analyzing data to provide strategic client insights.
Experience in the sales technology or professional networking industry is highly preferred.
