About The Job:
- We are looking for a skilled Middleware / Integration Developer with expertise in SOA, ODI, MFClient, APIGW, OIC, and emerging automation/AI technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze, design, develop, debug, test, and enhance software solutions while considering system capabilities and business requirements.
- Create strategic technical designs for small to medium scope projects within the team.
- Provide high-level architectural guidance and develop detailed specifications to resolve software and integration challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand current system functionality and evaluate complexity for new feature enhancements.
- Estimate effort and timelines for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues spanning multiple modules, involving concurrency or low-level system interactions.
- Design and implement integration solutions using SOA, APIGW, OIC, ODI, MFClient, and automation frameworks.
- Contribute to improving integration processes, development workflows, deployment strategies, and application monitoring.
- Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI and modern orchestration tools.
- Share knowledge across the team through mentoring, coaching, technical sessions, and documentation/blogs.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience working with API Gateways (APIGW) and middleware integrations.
- Exposure to MFClient and enterprise integration tools.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and AI-driven enhancements in integration.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies and Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and lead small initiatives.
